Where to check whether ZyloPay is operating normally.

ZyloPay does not publish a live status page yet. This page will link to it when it exists. Until then, contact support if you suspect an incident.

Check the API yourself

The API answers a public health check:

curl -s https://zylopay-api.fly.dev/api/health

A 200 answer means the API is serving requests. It does not cover your webhook endpoints or the Monad network.

What an incident looks like to your integration

  • API errors (5xx, 503 service_unavailable): retry with backoff and the same Idempotency-Key.
  • Delayed webhooks: events keep queuing and are delivered when service returns, with retries for 3 days. Catch up from GET /v1/events if needed.
  • Slow settlement: intents may stay processing longer. Do not retry them; they resolve on their own.
