Fees
The customer pays the network fees on top of the sale. You receive 100 % of the amount.
ZyloPay fees are paid by the customer, on top of the sale amount. You receive the whole amount. Nothing is deducted from your settlement.

Rates are set per merchant in the settlement contract. Your agreement with ZyloPay may differ from the defaults; every payment reports the fees actually charged.
Worked example
A 2.50 USDC sale at the default rates:

With instant cashback, the customer is debited the amount plus 0.50 %: the 0.05 % rewards fee is netted off in the same transaction. On a contract without instant cashback, the customer is debited the amount plus 0.55 % and the cashback accrues for a later claim. See Cashback.
Gas
ZyloPay pays the Monad gas for every payment and refund. Neither you nor the customer needs MON for a payment. Withdrawals from your balance, made in the dashboard, are your own transactions.
Refunds
A refund returns up to the sale amount from your balance. Fees are not refunded to the customer, and the refund carries no fee for you.
